Support the Or Ami Fine Arts Committee and become part of 46+ years of Or Ami history with a Tree of Life Simcha plaque commemorating a special moment in your life or the lives of your loved ones! Each leaf costs $180 and will be displayed on our Tree of Life for future generations.

Please allow 8 weeks for your plaque order to be processed and for your plaque to be ordered, inked and displayed.
Each plaque order needs its own form.
