Kehillah – An Alternative Religious School Experience for Families

*Do you want you and your kids to get more out of your 2014-15 (5775) Religious School year?* Want to strengthen your family and enrich your life?

* Want to carve out time in your busy life to make sure you do something meaningful?

* Want to join a “family” within our Congregation Or Ami “Family of Friends”?

Come join us for Kehillah: A Shabbat Program for Religious School Students and Their Parents

Kehillah (which means “community”) is entering its third year, and we would love your family to be part of us. Families with enrolled Religious School students in grades K-6 join together from 3:30-6pm on 5 Shabbat afternoons:

Nov. 22nd, Jan. 3rd, Feb. 7th, Mar. 7th and Apr. 18th

Join our clergy and other members of our staff as we socialize, learn, support and celebrate together . . . (and get 5 service attendance credits AND 5 “passes” on your children’s religious school attendance for the year).

We gather on Shabbat afternoon with all the families opting in to the program for the year.  Bring some potluck snacks and we will learn together in age groupings and then as families together.  We conclude our afternoon of warmth and community with a meaningful and warm late Shabbat afternoon service.  We conclude our time together around 6pm.
